Massage

Helen is an ITEC qualified Massage Therapist and will be happy to work on those post ride aching limbs.

We are able to provide massage in the on-site therapy room for your convenience.

The therapy room is a clean and comfy place for you to relax. Massage is carried out using grapeseed oil or talc.

Please shower before coming for your massage. Sometimes massage cannot take place if there are contra indications to massage, for example if you suffer from some medical problems or have an injury, and a short consultation will take place prior to the massage to ensure you get the most out of the treatment.

You can choose to have a 20 minute massage concentrating on a particular area i.e. legs, or back and shoulders, or for a full body massage which takes about 40 minutes ( two 20 minute sessions).

You can pre-book massage at a reduced rate or wait until your stay.
